Front Desk Guest/Care Advocate

We have an uplifting and creative atmosphere here at Oxana Salon and are currently looking for our next Front Desk / Guest Care Advocate to join our fun and dynamic team on a part time basis at our Mt. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keep front desk clean, tidy and stocked with all the necessary supplies
• Heavy scheduling, calendar organization and multi-tasking
• Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
• Answer all the customers' questions and address their needs
• Answer all incoming call and texts, redirect them when needed
• Communicate directly with leadership when necessary
• Receive letters, check in and unbox inventory orders. Inventory count every 30-90 days
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Communicate with hairstylist on any needs, client inquires and bookings
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks, such as keeping the reception area tidy and dusting retail shelves
• MUST HAVE SATURDAY AVAILABILITY!
