Requirements

  • Current license from the Tennessee Department of Education
  • NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
  • Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
  • Must pass a background check


Compensation (based on experience and assignment type):

Annual Salary: $90-$105k
