Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to provide high-quality clinical services to individuals and families. The Psychotherapist will deliver culturally competent mental health services, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness.

Responsibilities

Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
Conducts ongoing assessment and therapeutic engagement
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Assists with data collection and reporting requirements
Coordinate care with internal and external resources
Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
Active Drivers License
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Community mental health experience preferred
Strong documentation and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $47,000 annually
