JOB SUMMARY:
This position serves as a member of the administrative team and provides leadership and organization for the members of the school counseling department as school counselors assist students in developing a realistic understanding of themselves, help students develop positive relationships with others, facilitate academic growth, aid students in becoming self-directive, and assist students in planning and preparing for post-secondary experiences.
Job Description
SALARY:
FY26 Grade 17: $104,731 - $169,771 per year (competitive benefits)
FY27Grade 18: This position is effective July 1, 2026. Annualized compensation will be published upon approval of the FY27 salary scales and will reflect amounts for Steps 1-20.
