Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference supporting students and staff as a School Psychologist in a welcoming educational setting. This contract opportunity focuses on providing essential psychological services on a part-time basis while the district’s psychologist is on maternity leave. Your expertise will help address outstanding assessments and ensure students’ needs are met during this transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies and support plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing recommendations to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, findings, and recommendations.
  • Offer consultation and short-term crisis intervention services as required.
  • Onsite presence is preferred but virtual arrangements may be considered.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Prior experience within school-based settings is highly valued.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport in a collaborative, educational environment.
