Pay: $21 - $27/hour

Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Position Overview

Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective is a small BCBA-owned company seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in X, CT. This role involves working one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We pride ourselves on our approach to treatment that centers around the individual and supports the family.

Essential Functions

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents in a home setting under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Support behavior management strategies, ensuring consistency and adherence to treatment plans
  • Supervise community outings and run objectives in real- world settings
  • Assist in creating client materials to support intervention goals
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with families to reinforce learning and progress
  • Maintain accurate data collection and timely documentation of clinical services
  • Work with clients who have a history of aggression and elopement (though rarely engage in it) and demonstrate confidence in managing challenging behaviors

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour - we believe in pay transparency

Expected hours: 30+ hours per week
