A part-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support multiple schools within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. This contract position involves working onsite with students from kindergarten through eighth grade across six schools, providing comprehensive psychological services tailored to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 20-25 initial and reevaluation psychological assessments for students K-8.
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and provide counseling services.
  • Participate in in-person Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student learning and behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a License Specialist in School Psychology or Associate School Psychologist Credential issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
  • Completion of district fingerprinting and background checks is required before placement.
  • Prior experience in school psychology preferred but candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Location: Mansfield and surrounding areas within Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Duration: Immediate start through May 21, 2026.
  • Caseload: Assigned to six schools, serving a varied student population.
