Location: Illinois
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and help guide treatment over time. This role is well suited for a clinician who values steady client contact, strong documentation, and meaningful clinical work in an online setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions
  • Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans
  • Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly
  • Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
