Social Worker

Job Title: Social Worker (Mental Health)
Location: 300 Broadway Methuen, MA 01844
Pay Rate: $35 – $40hour Max $43/hr

Interview Process: 2 rounds (Virtual + Onsite preferred)
Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM | 40 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions for patients under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals
• Assist in crisis management and de-escalation techniques
• Implement treatment plans and interventions as directed by the healthcare team
• Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (Psychology, Education, or related field) or LMHC
• 1–3 years of experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Previous experience in a mental health or related field preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Knowledge of crisis management techniques and de-escalation strategies
• Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and special education
• Understanding of mental health counseling and therapy principles
• Knowledge of medical record documentation and confidentiality protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members
