Clinical Supervisor - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Elevated Care Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Supervisor (LCSW-S) who is credentialed with Texas Medicaid to join our growing behavioral health practice in Houston.

This is a flexible, hybrid opportunity designed for a clinician who is interested in maintaining clinical work while also providing supervision and supporting a high-need population. Our client base primarily consists of Medicaid recipients, including individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and those residing in group home settings.

Position Overview

This role offers a blend of clinical services and supervisory responsibilities with the ability to create a schedule that aligns with your availability. Both in-person and telehealth services are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs in accordance with Texas board requirements
• Conduct individual therapy sessions (1:1)
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed
• Provide clinical guidance and consultation on complex cases
• Support crisis intervention when necessary
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support client outcomes

Requirements

• Active Texas LCSW-S license (required)
• Must be credentialed and in-network with Texas Medicaid (required)
• Experience working with high-acuity populations (e.g., SMI, group homes) preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
