Responsibilities

• Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills under the direction of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record objective data daily to reflect client progress toward goals.
• Collaborate and maintain effective communication with supervisors, team members, and families.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Ability to follow BCBA guidance and work both independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and schools.

Schedule & Setting

• Monday to Friday, flexible scheduling options.
• In-home, school, and community-based sessions.
• Part-time (10–25 hrs/week) or full-time (30–40 hrs/week).
