This role is ideal for an experienced counselor who enjoys combining clinical work with leadership, crisis intervention, and collaboration across a health system.

As the Helpline Coordinator, you’ll serve as a clinical resource and lead for day-to-day Helpline operations while remaining hands-on in providing telephonic crisis support. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure individuals in crisis are safely assessed, triaged, and connected to appropriate levels of care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide telephonic crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessments using national standards
  • Support real-time triage and coordination of crisis responses for individuals with behavioral health or substance use concerns
  • Serve as a clinical lead and resource for Helpline staff, offering guidance and consultation
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and implementation of new procedures and workflows
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to promote quality, consistency, and operational excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external community resources
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational standards and best practices

What They’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field
  • Active Indiana licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
  • Ability to bill independently for clinical services
  • 3–5 years of experience as a licensed clinical therapist
  • Strong experience or interest in crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, telephonic and team-based environment
  • Experience with EMRs, Microsoft Office, and intake or triage processes preferred

Perks to Joining
  • Comprehensive Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balance
  • Retirement Plans to help you plan for the future
  • Lifestyle Benefits designed to support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals during critical moments
  • Join a mission-driven health system committed to improving access to high-quality behavioral health services
