BCBA – Northern Virginia (Flexible / Growing ABA Provider)

About the Role:

We are a growing ABA provider seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Northern Virginia. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training and ongoing communication with families
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with a growing clinical team to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping families and building meaningful outcomes

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
