Experteer Overview As an Adult Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you will contribute to expanding access to trusted, personalized mental healthcare in an outpatient setting. You will work within a growing clinical team delivering evidence-based care via in-person or telehealth, with flexible schedules and strong administrative support. Your role combines medication management with psychotherapy to treat adults across diverse needs, helping patients achieve better outcomes. Compensation / Benefits • Evaluate and diagnose patients; develop and adjust treatment plans • Prescribe and monitor medications; manage pharmacotherapy • Provide psychotherapy and therapy referrals as needed • Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records • Coordinate care with referrals and other providers • Deliver care in outpatient settings, both in-person and via telehealth • Contribute to a collegial, team-based clinical environment Tasks • Fully licensed in one or more US states • Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) • Unencumbered DEA • Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy • Experience treating adults with varied mental health needs Key requirements • Flexible work schedules • 100% outpatient work • Hybrid telemedicine and in-person • Above-market compensation with uncapped earnings • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match) • CME
