Job Type: Full-time

Job Duties:

40hrs a week (4 days shifts in-office, 1 evening shift from home)

Staff crisis call line

Evaluate calls for care needs

Conduct crisis screenings in the community

Complete documentation necessary for referral to hospitals/treatment centers

Follow up from crisis calls/screenings

Develop Safety Plans

Conducting assessments

Assist clients in developing treatment plans

Document services in Electronic Health Record

Refer client to necessary agency and community services

Assist clients with accessing necessary public benefits

Conduct home visits

Coach clients and assist them to learn Recovery/Coping Skills

Assist clients to accomplish their recovery goals

Participation in after hours crisis coverage rotation

Experience/Education:

Must Qualify as a Mental Health Professional Designation under Department of Mental Health's Rule 132.

Preferred: Bachelors degree in a human service field (i.e. psychology/social work)

Also qualified: Bachelors degree with two years related work experience in the human service field
