Role Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly with clients to carry out ABA therapy programs under the guidance of a BCBA. You’ll be helping kids build skills, tracking progress, collecting data, and creating positive, engaging therapy experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Build rapport and engage with clients through play and interaction
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized goals
• Carry out behavior plans and skill-building programs developed by the BCBA
• Use a mix of structured teaching and natural/play-based learning
• Support growth in communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Assist with hygiene or toileting routines
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all sessions
• Accurately collect and enter data throughout sessions
• Complete session notes and required documentation
• Collaborate with your team and communicate regularly with supervisors
