As a Behavior Analyst at Greenwich Education Group, you will design and oversee individualized behavior support plans that empower students to make meaningful progress. You’ll guide clinical teams through assessment, data analysis, and plan implementation to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification

  • At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs

  • Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data analysis

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Eligibility to meet BCBA supervision standards within three months of hire

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans

  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff

  • Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments

  • Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
