NeuroBloom Autism and Pediatrics Solutions
place Mcdonough, 30252
local_atm $105,000 - $115,000 a year

About Us

NeuroBloom Autism and Pediatrics Solutions is a growing, community-based pediatric support company serving children and families across Georgia.

We specialize in ABA-informed services, parent coaching, and real-time support in homes, daycares, churches, and community settings.

Our mission is simple but powerful:

Support the child by equipping every adult around them.

We are now expanding into insurance-based ABA services and are seeking a Founding BCBA to help us build, lead, and shape our clinical program from the ground up.

Position Overview

This is not just a BCBA role — this is a founding leadership opportunity.

As our Founding BCBA, you will play a critical role in:

  • Launching ABA services
  • Guiding credentialing readiness
  • Building clinical systems and culture
  • Leading future growth into a full clinic model

You will work closely with leadership to ensure services are ethical, high-quality, and impactful for families.

Credentialing Timeline

We are currently in the process of becoming an in-network provider (estimated ~90–120 days).

During this phase, you will:

  • Assist with clinical setup and readiness
  • Support intake planning and program development
  • Help establish documentation standards and workflows

Full caseload begins post-credentialing approval.

Compensation

  • Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 per year
  • $25,000 Launch Bonus (paid once insurance reimbursements begin; structured payout options available)
  • Growth into Clinical Director-level leadership

Schedule & Work Model

  • Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Approximately 25 billable hours/week (post-credentialing)
  • Hybrid:
  • In-home & community-based sessions
  • Daycare/school observations
  • Remote for documentation & meetings

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train RBTs
  • Provide parent training and support
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis
  • Collaborate with families and community partners
  • Maintain ethical and compliant documentation standards
  • Contribute to building NeuroBloom’s clinical systems, training materials, and culture

What Makes This Role Different

  • Founding position — help build from the ground up
  • Community-integrated model (not just clinic-based)
  • Strong focus on family and educator collaboration
  • Opportunity to shape future clinic and service expansion
  • Your voice matters — systems, structure, and culture are still being built

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Eligible to practice in the state of Georgia (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience with early intervention and/or pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for building and growing something meaningful

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
