Job Overview
We are a growing, client-centered private mental health practice seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinicians to join our team as independent contractors (1099). We are currently hiring multiple clinicians who would like to see 10+ clients per week. We are looking for a clinician to provide in person at least one day on the weekend but can utilize space for both day‘s and telehealth as desired the rest of the week. We are hiring for a clinician to provide telehealth services, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle and clinical preferences.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and goals
- Deliver individual, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, etc.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to ensure client safety during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Work collaboratively with other providers, community resources, and support systems to ensure holistic care
- Empower clients by advocating for their needs and helping them access meaningful resources
- Provide encouragement, education, and tools to help clients build confidence and emotional well-being
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards while fostering a space built on trust and respect

Requirements
- Valid licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC or equivalent in the state of practice; additional certifications in addiction counseling or specialized therapies are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
