Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time (22 hrs/week) or Part-Time Available

Crown ABA is growing, and we are looking for an experienced BCBA who wants to do meaningful work, lead with confidence, and be part of a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing support and training

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

• Track progress, update goals, and ensure quality outcomes

• Maintain ethical and clinical excellence in all services

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and managing cases

• Strong communication, leadership, and organization

• A team-first mindset and passion for helping children thrive

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $90–$110 per hour

• Flexible scheduling options
