Location: Gary, Indiana (Lake County) Setting: In-Home / Field-Based Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | School hours + after school Pay: $27–$28/hour

About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is looking for a dependable RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in the Gary area. Sessions take place in clients' homes across Gary and surrounding Lake County communities. Consistent schedule, close BCBA supervision, and a team that's invested in your growth.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate session data
• Build consistent rapport with clients and their families
• Communicate session progress to your supervising BCBA
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills

What We're Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire (training provided)
• Reliable transportation across Gary and Lake County
• Patient, consistent, and genuinely good with kids
• Available Monday–Friday, school hours and after school
