Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. In this role, you will support the implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will contribute to improving clients' quality of life through tailored behavioral therapy and comprehensive assessments.

Duties
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to evaluate progress and inform treatment modifications.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and contribute to diagnostic evaluations under supervision.
- Support intake procedures by gathering relevant medical records, conducting initial assessments, and preparing documentation.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to promote consistency across environments.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with the school's privacy standards and confidentiality protocols.
- Participate in team meetings to review client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and coordinate care plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
