This emplooyee will review and process documentation to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
- Create and maintain both facility and resident accounts
- Review documentation for LTC business sent in from field reps
- Make changes as necessary within accounts to reflect delivery/pickup/sale
- Submit approved documents to RBCO for billing
- Resident census review
- Obtain and review documentation for third party billing
- Investigate customer disputes
- Work closely with RBCO to ensure accurate customer invoicing

- Position requires high school diploma or equivalent, as well as related experience and/or training
