We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with autism and related developmental disorders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians / RBTs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure consistent treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and clinical standards set by the BACB
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
