• Market Expansion: Develop study-abroad related cooperation channels locally in North America and overseas (focusing on the Chinese market), including middle schools at home and abroad, educational institutions, study-abroad agencies, accounting firms, law firms, medical institutions, insurance institutions, financial institutions, new immigrant families, various salons, etc., and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
• Client Development: Identify the needs of potential B-end/C-end clients, promote the company’s study-abroad related products (application counseling, academic improvement, background planning, etc.), and achieve established performance goals.
• Market Maintenance: Follow up on the dynamics of cooperative channels and clients, conduct regular communication and docking, solve relevant problems in the cooperation process, and improve client satisfaction and repurchase rate.
• Market Research: Pay attention to North American study-abroad market trends and competitor dynamics, collect market feedback, and provide references for the company’s product optimization and market strategy adjustment.

[What We Are Looking For]

• 1-2 years of work experience in study-abroad industry BD, business development or marketing-related fields; candidates with mature channel resources are preferred.
• Familiar with the North American study-abroad market and related products; candidates who understand the entire study-abroad application process are preferred.
• Possess strong market sensitivity, negotiation skills, pressure resistance and goal orientation, and be good at identifying client needs.
• Outgoing personality, strong communication and coordination skills, able to independently complete client development, channel expansion and maintenance work.
• Standard Mandarin Chinese proficiency and fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
