About The Kids, early intervention services, Inc. is an in-home early intervention service agency that provides developmental play-based instruction to infants and toddlers who display a delay in their development. Specialist's work in the child's home with a caregiver present on developmental milestones and IFSP goals. We are vendored with Inland Regional Center. Currently hiring for THE FOLLOWING CITIES: Corona/Eastvale, Riverside/Jurupa Valley, and Moreno Valley ***Specialists see clients within a 30 mile geographical area of their residence.

Although we do provide serve to children who display signs of Autism, we are not an ABA program and we are not a center based program. This is a W-2 position.

Applicants must show typical infant and toddler development in all developmental domains- Fine and gross motor, receptive and expressive language, social emotional, cognitive and adaptive skills.

The ideal applicant would willing to learn, flexible, passionate and have a strong infant and toddler developmental background.

A minimum of a bachelors degree is required. No exceptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home developmental therapy, addressing the clients current milestones.
  • Implement individualized education plans (IFSP) for infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities.
  • Provide instruction to consumers in development, social, and behavioral areas.
  • Conduct assessments (DAYC-2) to identify needs and develop appropriate interventions after in the position for 6 months.
  • Collaborate with mentor, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized plans for our consumers.
  • Monitor consumers progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide support and resources to families
  • Attend Annual and Semi annual meetings with Inland Regional Center in clients home and provide input on consumers progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
