Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated QMHP-CS and CSSP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being. As a QMHP-CS and CSSP, you will provide support and guidance to clients dealing with various issues.

Qualified Mental Health Professional - Community Services (QMHP-CS)

QMHP-CS must provide MHTCM and MH rehabilitative services and must meet the following minimum credentialing requirements:

  • Completed a standardized training curriculum / CANS/ANSA
  • Demonstrated competency in the work to be performed
  • Obtained one of the following:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that are equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.

Community Services Specialist (CSSP)

CSSP must provide Mental Health Targeted Case Management (MHTCM) and Mental Health (MH) Rehabilitative services and must meet the following minimum credentialing requirements:

  • High school diploma or high school equivalency;
  • Three continuous years of documented full-time experience in the provision of MH rehabilitative services prior to August 30, 2004; and
  • Demonstrated competency in the provision and documentation of MHTCM and MH rehabilitative services.
  • CSSP performing MHTCM and MH rehabilitative services must:
  • Be an employee of the provider where MHTCM services are delivered. Be clinically supervised by at least a QMHP-CS.

Both positions must:

  • - Maintain and ensure compliance with TMHP and contracted MCO'S standards
  • - Adhere to all agency's policies/procedures and complete other tasks assigned by the Crisis Supervisor and Program Director.
  • - Meet with clinical director weekly to staff and assign/reassign cases
  • - Must have reliable transportation
  • - Must possess a valid driver's license
  • - Must pass an extensive child protective service and criminal background
  • - Must possess active car insurance coverage
  • - Conduct individual or group counseling sessions- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs- Implement therapeutic techniques to assist clients in coping with emotional struggles- Maintain accurate and confidential client records- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

  • Bachelor's (Required)
