Store Managers Average Total: $60,000
Base: $46,800/Bonus $13,200

Bonus eligible after 90 days

• Previous retail, convenience store, or food service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Solid understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and daily store operations
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems, email, and reporting tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast paced environment
