We are seeking a qualified and compassionate behavioral health professional to join our dedicated team. This role requires a passion for supporting individuals and families facing mental health and behavioral challenges.

Provide community based support services
  • Deliver skills training, case management, and service coordination
  • Teach essential life skills, social skills, and coping mechanisms to help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to reduce hospitalizations and provide early support
  • Coordinate care by connecting clients with medical, educational, and social service resources
Program Operations
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
  • Report to leadership on program performance, compliance issues, and corrective actions
  • Participate in audits, reviews, and surveys
