A School Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year in Maple Park, IL, serving a high school student population. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential psychological services within a dynamic school setting. The position requires onsite presence and active Illinois School Psychologist licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for approximately 30 high school students
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to student assessments and services

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois School Psychologist licensure is mandatory
  • Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in educational psychology
  • Commitment to working onsite full-time during school hours (7:30 AM to 3:00 PM)

Location and Schedule:

  • Location: Maple Park, Illinois
  • Contract Dates: August 10, 2026, through May 14, 2027
  • Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
