Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate drug abuse treatment programs for Bureau inmates, providing expert clinical oversight and directing staff. You will conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and supervise all drug treatment activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will advocate for drug programs with institutional staff and executives, ensuring effective, evidence-based care. This role combines clinical leadership with security responsibilities in a correctional setting. You will work in a mission-driven environment focused on offender treatment and program excellence.
