National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing the service department and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. The successful candidate will work closely with the service team to identify customer needs and provide solutions to any issues that arise. Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 7a - 7p; alternate SundaysKey Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide them with a positive and professional experienceListen to customer concerns and identify their needsDocument and accurately communicate service requests to the service techniciansEnsure that all necessary parts and supplies are ordered and available for the service techniciansSchedule service appointments, maintain an organized service schedule and manage the service department's workflowInform customers about service recommendations, provide them with estimates of costs and obtain customer or warranty approval prior to work being performedKeep customers informed about the status of their RV throughout the service process and any additional repairs that may be requiredMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments and ensure that all necessary documentation is completedFollow up with customers after service appointments to ensure their satisfactionProvide excellent customer service, handle any customer concerns or complaints, and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and professionallyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentQualifications: Experience as a Service AdvisorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of RV repair and maintenanceComputer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and service software programsValid driver's licenseWorking Conditions: This job may require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time.The work environment may be noisy and include exposure to fumes, dust, and other hazards associated with working in a service department.The position may require working weekends or holidays depending on customer demandWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
