The Finance Assistant's primary responsibility is to support our sales staff (new & used) in correctly packaging, funding, and dispersing deals to meet all Federal and State regulations.
Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting office to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all dealsMeticulously review all deals for errors, imperfections, or miscalculations to ensure that they are processed accurately and timelyDaily process deals and report development to managementFax, email, and mail documents as needed for funding and record retentionHelp with ensuring all customer contracts in transition (CIT list) is funded within 10 days maxMaintain impeccable reputation with lenders as you work with them and the Finance Manager to fund dealsAdhere to all local and national regulationsPrior compliance, banking, or lending experience preferredAdvanced computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP)Must understand lending and regulatory guidelines Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and deliveredDeal with local and national bankersUnderstand tag and title laws; DMVHave a niche for detail and advanced organizational skillsMust be eighteen years of ageHigh school diplomaPrior dealership experience preferred, sales, receptionist, A/P, Internet sales consultant, clerk’s, etc.Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
