Department Head

B. Turners is a family owned business which has been in operation since 1936. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a positive personality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department
• Ensure that all sales goals are met or exceeded
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner
• Train and supervise department staff
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience
• Ability to count money accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Merchandising experience
• Positive personality
• Must pass a background check and drug test
