Description:

Associate Flex Manager Job Duties include:

Manage day to day operations of the facility
Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy
Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products
Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement
Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel

Requirements:

Associate Flex Manager Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of sales or management experience
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Expert problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the area

Compensation details: 20.5-22 Hourly Wage
