- Provide treatment for mental health conditions using dialectical behavioral therapy and other evidence-based methods as appropriate
- Supervise and mentor, providing explanations & guidance to others on the most complex/critical issues
- Serve as a leader among the clinical team, providing recommendations for improvement and mentoring other clinicians
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social work, or a related counseling field
- Board approved LICSW Supervisor in Minnesota. License must be active and unrestricted.
- 2+ years of professional experience providing behavioral health services, post master's degree
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Comprehensive DBT training
- Trained in one or more additional trauma treatment modalities and/or willing to receive additional training within the first year, if applicable
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and/or groups
- Experience in outpatient mental health
- Experience with clinical documentation
- Experience with diagnostic assessments
- Experienced with treatment planning and maintaining a caseload
- Willing to commit to working onsite in Plymouth, MN
- DBT Certification
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) experience
- Experience and/or training in any of the following:
- EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Anchored Relational Model, Brainspotting, DBT-Prolonged Exposure
- Experience entering pertinent information in Athena RMS or other Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs)
