We are looking for a Service Coordinator to be the backbone of our service department. This role is critical in keeping our shop organized, our technicians efficient, and our customers informed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming service work orders from check-in to completion
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, timelines, and approvals
- Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department
- Ensure all equipment is properly checked in and documented
- Assist in scheduling service jobs and prioritizing workload
- Verify warranty eligibility and process warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and labor
- Ensure completed units are ready for pickup and properly billed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Attention to detail with paperwork and processes
- Basic understanding of small engines or outdoor power equipment (preferred, not required)
- Experience in service writing, coordination, or dealership environment is a plus
- must be available to work Saturdays March-October.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
