Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: South Nashville, Antioch, La Vergne, Smyrna, TN
Hours: Full-time, 30–40 hours/week

Guaranteed minimum schedule after completion of initial training and probationary period. Salaried positions available after 12 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism in home, school, and community settings
  • Accurately collect and record data using our electronic data collection system
  • Collaborate with parents, supervisors, teachers, and other team members
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment plan goals created by your supervising BCBA
  • Document daily progress notes after each session
  • Participate in ongoing staff training and team meetings

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or Associate's Degree
  • RBT Certification required
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must be available to work some after school sessions, 3-5 days per week
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (specifically ASD) highly preferred
  • CPR (preferred)
  • Safety Care/CPI Trained (preferred)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed and ability to engage in physical activities such as running, jumping, etc.
  • Ability to sit on the floor and get up and down, as well as being able to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
