Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Georgia to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. Utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the BCBA will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the overall quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions in accordance with ABA principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying issues contributing to behavioral challenges.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in clinical settings.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with individuals with special needs.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills to inform treatment decisions.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- A compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding of individual challenges.

Pay: $82,651.00 - $90,806.00 per year
