Join our Improving Community Treatment Success (ICTS) team and help reduce recidivism by addressing the root causes of behavioral health challenges.
As a Therapist or Certified Counselor, you’ll play a vital leadership role in a multidisciplinary team working closely with Probation & Parole, the Department of Corrections, and behavioral health partners to support clients with significant criminogenic needs. You’ll provide clinical oversight, facilitate therapy services, and guide individualized recovery plans — all from a strength-based, person-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical lead for the ICTS team, providing therapy, documentation oversight, and treatment planning
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Attend ICTS case staffings and contribute to collaborative recovery-focused strategies
- Provide triage services during open access hours
- Coordinate with internal team members and external justice partners to support recovery goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with DMH and Medicaid standards
- Support crisis intervention efforts and serve as a trusted advocate for those in care
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High School/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred*
- experience in lieu of education is accepted for the requirements with Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least two (2) years’ experience preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: MO Substance Use credential (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC or QAP), provisional licensure or full licensure in Missouri required (PLPC/LPC/PLMFT/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW)
