Madrigal Consulting and Counseling, LLP is a group practice counseling agency with licensed mental health therapists devoted to helping others with life challenges whether it is related to individual, couple, family, or work environments.

Madrigal is looking for LSW/LCSW or LPC/LCPC therapists to provide in-person and virtual individual counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families.

Job type

This is a contracted 1099 position with flexible hours and caseload set by the clinician.

Responsibilities

Our clinicians are expected to be able to provide our clients with:

• Clinical Assessments
• Individualized therapeutic interventions
• Strong rapport with cultural inclusiveness
• Assist clients with community resources
• Adhere to the professional Code of Ethics

Requirements and Qualifications

• LSW/LCSW or LPC/LCPC licensure
• Proficient computer skills to use Electronic Medical Records software
• Self-directed
• Effective clinical assessment and interventions skills
• Consistent time management skills
• All clinicians are 1099 contracted
• LSW/LPC-Hourly range is $50-$55 (based on # of clients seen per week)
• LCSW/LCPC-hourly range is $60-$85 (based on # of clients seen per week)
• Average annual income of clinicians at Madrigal: $110,000+
