Ignited minds is looking for an innovative and passionate BCBA to join our clinic. Opened in January of 2022, our mission is to provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for behavior analysis with our highly qualified and motivated staff in Gaston County.
We are in search of a new family member to join our small but mighty team. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a group dedicated to developing a standout ABA clinic focused on making quality-based decisions in the best interest of our learners. - The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm and is a multiple room facility including a gross motor room, sensory room, de-escalation room, offices and technician break room.
- Direct services are all in clinic, although assessment and parent trainings may occur in the home based on your discretion.
- All technicians are certified through the BACB prior to providing direct care.
- Caseloads are based on the needs of the learners with a weekly 25 hour billing benchmark for BCBAs.
- Bonus pay provided for billed hours above the benchmark.
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain a caseload that produces 25 billing hours a week
- Manage your own flexible schedule throughout the week within Central Reach, ensuring that you are in the clinic approximately 40 hours a week, and attending all scheduled meetings.
- Intake new clients and appropriately prepare paperwork
- Complete appropriate assessments to meet the needs of the learners and requirements of the insurance provider.
- Compose and submit personal care plans with appropriate signatures and approvals.
- Utilize Central Reach to develop, implement, and monitor client programs.
- Weekly supervise caseload to monitor progress, train technicians, and make necessary adjustments in the best interest of our learners’ growth and safety.
- Meet with parents at least once a month for parent training.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly clinical meetings.
- Help plan and conduct monthly RBT trainings.
- Complete and submit reauthorizations in a timely manner.
- Maintain BCBA certification with the BACB
- Foster the professional growth of technicians in and out direct supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
