We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist specializing in disability evaluations to join our team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals applying for disability benefits, focusing solely on evaluation services. Your expertise will help ensure accurate, thorough, and timely assessments that support fair and consistent decision-making processes.   • Conduct detailed psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments for disability claims, including mental health and behavioral health evaluations.
  • Administer and interpret psychological testing tools such as cognitive assessments, personality inventories, and behavioral measures.
  • Review medical records, social histories, and other relevant documentation to inform comprehensive evaluations.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing findings, diagnoses, and recommendations aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and legal professionals as needed to ensure accurate assessment processes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in psychological testing, disability evaluation procedures, and telehealth modalities.

  • Proven experience with psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and mental health counseling in clinical or outpatient settings.
  • Strong background in working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities.
  • Expertise in child & family counseling, school-based assessments, crisis intervention, PTSD care, addiction counseling, and group therapy.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote assessments effectively.
  • Experience supervising clinical staff or interns is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles related to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), working with people with disabilities, and inpatient/outpatient care environments.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to conduct intake interviews and psychological testing accurately.
  • Ability to document thoroughly using medical records systems while complying with HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging clients during individual or group therapy sessions across various settings such as hospitals or community clinics.
