Job description:
- Providing direct care to youth including some with individuals with inservation, documenting and reporting: Monitoring and documenting youth care, behavior, symptoms, and overall mental health status.
- Therapeutic interventions: Assisting in implementing therapeutic treatment plans under the guidance of clinical professionals.
- Crisis intervention: Responding to and managing crises or challenging behaviors in a calm and controlled manner.
- Collaboration with the clinical team: Working closely with shift technicians, Lead Technicians, and other clinical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Providing education to youth of coping strategies, daily hygiene and healthy eating habits
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
