- Deliver individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
- Implement Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA direction.
- Lead skill acquisition and behavior management across diverse environments.
- Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention and support group, classroom, and vocational programming as needed.
- Develop and implement Therapeutic Engagements.
- Collect and record accurate, timely data for behavior reduction, skill acquisition, parent communication, and billing documentation.
- Report directly to the assigned Team Supervisor.
- Participate in the organization’s online training community.
- Attend all required staff meetings and professional trainings.
- Maintain a positive, healthy, and clean work environment.
- Uphold all policies, procedures, and ethical standards of The Hope Source and applicable governing bodies.
- Interest in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
- Willingness to learn and engage in hands-on training.
- Experience working with children or individuals with Autism preferred
- No prior ABA experience required
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, and move with clients for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and or pull at least 40 pounds.
- Comfortable providing personal care support, including potty training, diaper changing (children and adults), and toileting assistance
- Work with all the ages we serve (5-22)
- Maintain consistent full-time attendance
- Commit to a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 a.m.–4:15 p.m.
- Successfully complete a criminal background check in compliance with Department of Child Services (DCS) and other agencies.
- Obtain and maintain Medicaid credentialing for ABA services, including fingerprinting and background clearance
