Join Our ABA Therapy Team at The Hope SourceThe Hope Source is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents ages 5–22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).This is a full-time, center-based ABA position offering consistent hours, strong clinical support, and ongoing training under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).ABA Clinical Support You Can Rely OnAt The Hope Source, RBTs and BTs work within a collaborative ABA therapy model that includes:
  • BCBA supervision and BCBA pod support
  • Multidisciplinary clinical teams (ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health)
  • Crisis Support Team
  • Structured training, mentorship, and professional development
Our ABA programs are designed to support both client success and staff growth.Position SummaryUnder the supervision of a BCBA and Team Supervisor, the RBT/BT provides direct ABA services, implements individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, supports skill acquisition, and addresses behavior reduction goals across clinical, classroom, and vocational settings.Core Responsibilities – Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Deliver individual and group ABA interventions to children and adolescents with ASD.
  • Implement Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA direction.
  • Lead skill acquisition and behavior management across diverse environments.
  • Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention and support group, classroom, and vocational programming as needed.
  • Develop and implement Therapeutic Engagements.
  • Collect and record accurate, timely data for behavior reduction, skill acquisition, parent communication, and billing documentation.
  • Report directly to the assigned Team Supervisor.
  • Participate in the organization’s online training community.
  • Attend all required staff meetings and professional trainings.
  • Maintain a positive, healthy, and clean work environment.
  • Uphold all policies, procedures, and ethical standards of The Hope Source and applicable governing bodies.
RequirementsPreferred Qualifications
  • Interest in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
  • Willingness to learn and engage in hands-on training.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with Autism preferred
  • No prior ABA experience required
Essential Physical & Functional Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, and move with clients for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and or pull at least 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable providing personal care support, including potty training, diaper changing (children and adults), and toileting assistance
Applicants must be able to:
  • Work with all the ages we serve (5-22)
  • Maintain consistent full-time attendance
  • Commit to a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 a.m.–4:15 p.m.
  • Successfully complete a criminal background check in compliance with Department of Child Services (DCS) and other agencies.
  • Obtain and maintain Medicaid credentialing for ABA services, including fingerprinting and background clearance
