About Behaviors of NYC

Behaviors of NYC is a trusted provider of ABA services supporting children and families across New York City. Our team is committed to delivering ethical, high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and supportive professional environment.

Role Overview

We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide clinical supervision and oversight across both school-based and home-based cases.

This is a supervision-focused role. BCBAs do not provide ongoing 1:1 direct therapy.

This position is ideal for clinicians who are confident leading cases across settings and collaborating closely with school teams and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs/behavior therapists in accordance with BACB and NYS guidelines
  • Collaborate directly with school teams and staff to support consistency across environments
  • Monitor client progress through data review and adjust programming accordingly
  • Maintain strong communication with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active New York State LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
  • Demonstrated experience working across both home and school settings
  • Strong ability to collaborate with school teams and multidisciplinary staff and work in partnership with parents
  • Experience providing BCBA supervision in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Why Join Us

  • Flexible, low-hour commitments (ideal for supplementing existing caseloads)
  • Competitive compensation based on case needs
  • Supportive and responsive administrative team
  • Opportunity to grow with a developing and expanding agency

Case details, schedules, and specific requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per hour
