About Shaping Little Minds Pediatric Therapy Center:

We are looking to make a difference in the way ABA Therapy is done. We offer ABA therapy services to children between the ages of 18 months and 18 years old. We want to help every child we can no matter the age. At SLM, what matters is the work we do with the child to help them progress and live better lives along with their families.

We are looking for a Smart, Empathetic, and Motivated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our fast-growing team! This position is for In-Home therapy services, which could include sessions in a patient’s home, in community settings, and/or in daycare settings dependent on each child’s needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and be able to implement individualized treatment plan provided to them by a BCBA. Responsibilities involve providing direct patient care, including implementation of skills acquisition goals, behavior reduction protocols, and basic family guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Employment Requirements:

  • Maintain a valid RBT certification from the BACB
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable form of transportation
  • Ability to move around quickly and be mobile with patients

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plan goals written by the supervising BCBA
  • Take data correctly and consistently
  • Provide basic session feedback to caregivers
  • Complete all session notes by the end of the day in which sessions occurred
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor(s)
  • Accept feedback from supervisor(s) appropriately
  • Maintain a professional workspace
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with families

Annual pay raises are offered on yearly employment anniversaries based on performance. Drive time between patient session locations is paid time.
