What You’ll Do
- Serve as a mentor and clinical resource to new and existing ABA team members
- Partner with Regional ABA Trainers to support onboarding and ongoing training of RBTs
- Communicate team questions, support needs, and updates to the Clinic ABA Director
- Collect and accurately record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation within 48 hours
- Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic’s ABA team
- Maintain targeted caseload
What’s Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification required at time of hire
- Active Safety Care Certification or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire
- 1 year of experience as an RBT at Westside or 2 years of experience as RBT or comparable role within an ABA outpatient clinical setting
What You’ll Bring
- Strong ABA therapy implementation skills in 1:1 and small-group settings
- Experience collecting data and maintaining accurate, timely documentation
- Ability to mentor and support team members with constructive clinical guidance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance caseload and responsibilities
