Job Description

Adult men’s correctional facility in Soledad California with acute patients including substance disorders and justice involvement. Crisis inpatient coverage needed.

Details

• Needs are ASAP
• Full-time in-person Mon/Tues/Thu/Fri or Mon/Tues/Weds/Fri 7a-5p for at least six months.
• No Call
• Flexible time for crisis and group documentation
• Client does use CERNER E.H.R. so familiarity with that will be needed
• Up to forty hours of orientation may be required
• License to practice psychology in CA is required
• At least 12 months experience in adult psychology in the last 3 years
• BLS certification is required
• Professional malpractice insurance is required
• The patients are forensic patients.
• According to the contract the name of the state facility may not be advertised.
• A criminal background check is required
• Drug test is required
• A CALPERS affidavit will be required and current state employees are not eligible.
