Experteer Overview In this role you assess, diagnose, treat, and intervene during crises for adults and children with varied mental health needs. You collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to plan and direct each member’s treatment program. You provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, and may lead psychoeducational activities and clinical supervision. You maintain confidential records, participate in on-call rotations, and connect members with community resources to support recovery and well-being. This position sits in a multidisciplinary clinic that emphasizes evidence-based practice and quality care. Compensation / Benefits • Develop and coordinate clinical treatment plans for mental illness • Provide outpatient psychotherapy (individual, couples, families, groups) • Educate patients and families on treatment and medication adherence • Conduct psychological assessments and test interpretation as appropriate • Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes • Supervise trainees and post‑graduate clinicians as needed • Collaborate with physicians and health professionals on treatment decisions • Participate in department program development and on-call rotation • Refer to external resources and community services as appropriate • Ensure compliance with state/NCQA regulations and confidentiality standards Tasks • PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology • California Psychologist License within 6 months of hire • National Provider Identifier at hire • Familiarity with DSM-V • Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of broad psychiatric conditions • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and psychotherapy research methods • Competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy • Ability to provide crisis intervention and testing as needed • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership • Experience with psychological testing, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and writing assessment reports Key requirements •
